How To Get Your Boys Reading

With the school year well on its way for some, and just getting going for others, what have you noticed about your son’s interest in reading? Some of you may have boys who are voracious readers, while some of you may be feeling as though it is a continuous struggle trying to get your son to read.

A great way to utilize peer influence (which is a powerful motivator for boys) and encourage reading is to create a book club for boys. Let the boys be the leaders and you be the guide. The most important element of a successful book club for boys is letting the boys select the book they want to read!
